Community Guidelines
This document contains 20 legally binding clauses that govern your use of the Brandcey ecosystem. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Brandcey platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by this Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to every single provision of this document, you must immediately cease use of the platform and delete your account.
Definitions and Interpretations
In this document, "Brandcey", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the platform operators. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any individual or entity accessing the platform. All capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in our master Terms of Service.
Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to agree to this Community Guidelines. By agreeing, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
Modifications to Policy
Brandcey reserves the unilateral right to update, modify, or replace this Community Guidelines at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review this document periodically.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Community Guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Delaware.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandcey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on or use of this Community Guidelines and the associated platform features.
Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brandcey, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Community Guidelines.
Severability Clause
If any provision of this Community Guidelines is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Community Guidelines, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced documents, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Brandcey regarding the specific subject matter discussed herein.
Waiver of Rights
Brandcey's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Community Guidelines will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

Article 11 specifically addresses the circumvention of platform mechanics, detailing the automated tracking systems we employ to detect and penalize fraudulent or abusive behavior.
